Polycondensation Resins
A barrier layer protecting wood materials against fire
The invention concerns a method of reducing the flammability of wood materials with the use of polycondensation resins, especially melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) and flame retardants that are subject to the leaching process. In the invention, it is possible to use pro-ecological fire retardants that are safe for humans and environment.
